We also have experience in retail projects and have acquired, managed, and developed retail facilities as stand alone developments, as well as parts of mixed use projects.
Lantana Corner
Lantana Corner is currently planned to be a grocery anchored shopping center located along the new FM 407 curve on the Southwest corner of Lantana. At full build-out, the retail corner will have over 150,000 square feet of retail on over 30 acres of land. Lantana Corner will be the retail hub of the Lantana development and will be seen from miles away due to its landmark water tower as a centerpiece.
SE Lantana Retail Corner
On the southeast corner of the Lantana project, there will be up to 30 acres of retail development. Current plans include a series of pad site users such as restaurants, fast food, and banks as well as the potential for a large retailer in the rear. This will be the first piece of Lantana seen if coming to the development from Dallas or DFW airport.
