The project is planned to include a mix of amenities including a 102 acre regional park, a community center complete with a Junior-Olympic pool and recreational pool, state-of-the art fitness center, neighborhood parks, green spaces, lakes, and hike-and-bike trails. Also planned are a series of natural waterfalls and water ways. Among the highlights are two meticulously restored barns obtained from upstate New York – roughly 200 years old – that are slated to be incorporated into the design of the main amenity center and sales office.
