Overview

Republic Property Group and its affiliates have been active participants in real estate development since 1967. During this time RPG has developed in excess of $3 billion in real estate. While we are best known for developing master planned residential communities, RPG has also developed in excess of 10,000 apartments, several office buildings (both garden and high-rise), and managed an additional 12,000 apartments in 15 major U.S. markets including Texas, Florida, California, Colorado, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Our primary market is the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.

Our Mission

RPG has prospered in the up cycles and held our own in the down cycles because we've formulated a different approach to the real estate business and we refuse to stray from it.

We have the people with the experience and expertise to build most categories of residential, commercial and industrial product to meet market demand - we don't have to force a single product type into an overbuilt market to stay in business.

We also have the flexibility and experience to build in diverse markets which are growing and will support new projects and investments - we have developed projects in Texas, Florida, California, Colorado, Tennessee and Louisiana.

This philosophy, combined with the talents and hard work of the 200 people in our organization, has allowed us to successfully develop more than $3 billion worth of real estate.
